back in the office tomorrow and feeling inspired after a week of learning manual lymphatic drainage! YOU GUYS, the lymphatic system is sooooooo cooool and i can’t wait to share this work with you. more lymphatic hype to come, i promise you that🦠👩🏻‍🔬 but for now, im feeling grateful I got to return to for the week, for Erin Maranjian from Klose, and for getting to work with many wonderful bodyworkers…. my skin truly feels great after receiving a bunch of MLD! lmk if ur interested in lymphatic work… and, if you’ve had lymphatic work before, pop in the comments and tell us about your lymph love!

✨Just wanted to say hi 👋🏼 and introduce myself incase you are new here! I’m Jen and I am the Licensed Massage Therapist 💆🏻‍♀️behind Slack Tide Therapeutics! I recently entered the world of massage therapy and bodywork, but I have studied yoga, movement, and mindfulness for 10 years prior. 🧘🏻‍♀️I believe movement is medicine!! Whether it is yoga, cycling, running or dancing, one form of movement or another has guided me back to myself during every bump and curve ball of life!🎢 My professional experinence as an educator has equipt me with the ability to listen deeply, validate the needs of others needs, and meet others with empathy.🫂 I feel passionate about guiding my clients to take up space in their body, to connect to their breath, and to atune to their own sensations and body wisdom. 🫁🫀🧠Whether it is through a relaxtion experinece, a therapeutic session to decrease pain and tension, or to support your own mind-body connection, I feel honored to hold safe space for others through the container of massage therapy and bodywork.✨In my free time I love spending time in nature with my fur babies, Larry and Luna🐶… and sorry not sorry, this won’t be the last time they are a part of my conent!😊🐾 What do you love about massage therapy and getting bodywork?
