Happy Friday! So I’ve been gearing up for our first week of construction this week - Demolition Phase. I tried to be as prepared as possible with my multi purpose prep station ready which I set up in my front living room. I have bins underneath that shut tightly and keep our essentials - snacks, canned goods etc. In addition the microwave and coffee maker are priorities in my house 😊 Fridgerator moving into living room next week. What would some priorities be at your prep station?

Happy Monday!!! I’ve been out of the loop and pretty busy this summer with clients but also organizing my own projects. My husband and I are embarking on a reconstruction project of our first floor. This doesn’t start until September but making sure you’re organized before demolition is critical. First step has been selling much of our furniture that won’t go with the new space. Just by pricing items right and posting on garage sales in various Facebook communities, I had offers that day and got rid of all the major items. Here’s our dining rooms before and after. I’ll be posting all the various organizing tips as we move ahead...stay tuned! 😊

Happy Friday! Any organizing projects this weekend? If you’re like me, my closets aren’t big enough to hold all seasons so I have to switch out my clothes. It gives you a chance to donate clothes you haven’t used that season and keep the ones you love and use often 😊 Here’s a quick photo of a client’s challenging closets that we’re limited on space.

Happy Wednesday!! Do you keep your takeout plastic food containers? Well, here’s what I did with a client yesterday. They had an excess of takeout food containers so we used them as drawer organizers for their tea bags to give them an organized tea drawer 😊 You don’t have to buy fancy items to organize. They may just be lying in your cupboards

Happy Wednesday! I just reorganized all my year round holiday decor in the basement. I started by taking everything out, grouping all holiday decor that was the same, purging what I haven’t used and being sure to put everything in bins with labels as well as purchased some new shelving from Homedepot 😊. SO glad I got that done! Are you doing something similar this month?
