Sometimes life seems to get off track, but you can reclaim your life...regaining strength, balance, direction, and meaning. Therapy can be a place to begin this journey of healing and restoration. I've been helping people for over 10 years with a variety of issues. So if you are dealing with an eating disorder, trauma, abuse history, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-injury, or just day-to-day stress, I will work with you to achieve the sense of empowerment and balance you deserve. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, adolescent and young adult issues (such as social struggles, low self-esteem, self-injury, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts), and trauma and PTSD. Treatment is tailored to meet your needs and help you to optimize your health and happiness. I am trained in CBT and DBT, EMDR (helpful for anxiety disorders, grief, abuse, sexual assault, disturbing memories, teasing/bullying, performance anxiety, PTSD, and other struggles), and Thought Field Therapy or TFT (effective in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, phobias, anger, and more).
