✨ What’s Soft Tissue Mobilization — and why are we using it?

Soft tissue mobilization is a hands-on technique we use to break up adhesions, reduce tightness, and restore mobility in your muscles, fascia, and connective tissue. It's a key part of how we help you move and feel better!

You might notice some redness or tiny purple/red dots after treatment — these are called petechiae. Don’t worry — this is a normal response. Petechiae can appear when blood flow increases in an area that’s been restricted or tense for a long time. It’s a sign that your body is responding to the treatment and starting the healing process.

Soft tissue mobilization is great for:
