We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on two amazing athletes from Special Olympics South Dakota this month—Sadie Benz and Zane Leonhardt!

🏀 Sadie, representing Brandon Valley, has been involved in Special Olympics for an incredible 27 years! Sadie’s favorite athlete is Caitlin Clark, and just like her, Sadie brings passion, teamwork, and excitement to everything she does.

💪 Zane, a proud member of the Special Olympics Sioux Falls Fireworks, has been part of Special Olympics for 18 years. He gives his all in bocce, bowling, powerlifting, softball, and track. For Zane, Special Olympics isn’t just about sports—it’s about family, fun, and the happiness it brings.
