Join us for a powerful conversation led by Dawn Olson, a Brigham Young University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders. Dawn works at the ND Center for Persons with Disabilities, co-teaches a Disability Studies course, and is actively involved in trauma-informed approaches for adults with disabilities.

Dawn brings both professional insight and personal experience with trauma to this session, offering a unique and deeply informed perspective on peer support.

🎉🎂 Happy 3rd Birthday to The Ridge Treatment & Reentry Center! 🎂🎉

Three years ago, we opened our doors with a vision to create a place where recovery is possible, hope is restored, and no one is turned away. Today, we celebrate how far we've come:

🏠 Residential Reentry Center: Last year, we opened our men’s inpatient reentry facility, providing care to an average of 12 men every single day—each one taking steps toward stability and self-worth.

🏥 Outpatient & Walk-In Clinic: We've served 20,742 individuals in the last year alone—38.2% of them unable to pay, but not turned away. Because healing should never depend on a paycheck.

💉 Substance Use Treatment: Our outpatient SUD team walked with 3,436 people actively in addiction—over 60% with opioid use disorder—through some of their hardest days.

⚖️ Justice Well Program: We grew our foundation, the Justice Well Program, committed to closing service gaps and eliminating financial barriers for justice-involved individuals.

💪 Our Team: We now employ 36 incredible staff, most with lived experience, walking alongside those we serve—not ahead of them, but with them.
This work is not easy. But it is sacred. It is needed. And we are just getting started.
