I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Substance Use Counselor in the state of North Dakota. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from NDSU and my Master of Science degree in Counseling from the University of Mary. I am passionate about helping individuals create a foundation for healing that fosters resiliency, hope, and strength. I am particularly interested in helping those looking to build skills to heal from depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Your gut and brain are basically in a long-distance relationship, but they talk constantly. What you eat influences your mood, anxiety, and even how well you sleep. Ultra-processed food = an angry, depressed gut. Real food = happy neurotransmitters. Science says so.
