After noticing how many people struggle to get comfortable for an hour on the floor, I've decided to offer all sound baths on comfy beds! I've reduced the price to help keep the sessions accessible. One hour of sound-supported deep rest for $40. Nothing to bring, just come in and get cozy. You'll experience Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments carefully and intentionally played for your relaxation and restoration of mind, body, and spirit in this small group setting. Hey, Everybody! I'm not gonna lie, class is tough this week. But I'm learning and growing and transformation isn't always easy. I can also say-morning drives like this make it a bit easier! 😄. Drove up Schweitzer Mountain and had a few minutes to take in this view. Now for coffee and off to class! I hope you all have an amazing day!
