Such a joy to have MOMS Club of Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo in the studio Wed night! I may have just sent my youngest (twins) off to college 🥲, but I remember when they were babies and how important adult social time and REST were to keep my sanity. The relaxation was deep and the post-session conversation was so much fun.

Thank you Sanford Health Stroke Survivors Support Group! This afternoon I was able to share about the benefits of sound healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls with a special group of people. Bringing them a new way to support their recovery with relaxation and stress relief was such a joy. 💖

✨ The Most Beautiful Prenatal Experience ✨

I had the absolute joy of receiving a prenatal sound bath from the incredible Jen of Resonance Sound Healing — and it was pure magic.

From the very first note, I felt surrounded by the most beautiful frequencies and tones. My body melted into deep relaxation, and there were moments I felt like I was receiving divine downloads, and others where I drifted peacefully between awake and asleep.

It was such a grounding, soul-nourishing experience, and I’m beyond grateful that we have such incredible practitioners in our community who hold space for this kind of healing.
