Together Counseling would love to welcome our newest addition to our group, Meaghan.

Meaghan grew up just south of Fargo in Wahpeton, ND. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a master's in occupational therapy in 2021. Post graduation, her career gained its wings and took her to many places where she gained experience working in inpatient behavioral health, acute care, inpatient physical rehabilitation, transitional care units, outpatient, long-term care, veteran affairs, and most of her career landing as a director of rehabilitation. Having these amazing experiences has helped build herself and her skillsets as a therapist. Overall, she found herself being pulled back towards her passion and love for mental health.

As an OT, Meaghan uses “non-traditional” approaches such as arts, crafts, movement, games, and cognitive behavioral therapy for clinical interventions. She also uses sensory modulation, biofeedback, interoception, and grounding techniques.

Meaghan is dual licensed in ND and MN. She specializes in adolescents and adults with mental health, trauma, sensory dysfunction, executive function disorders, and anxiety/depression.

Meaghan is a mom of twin boys, a wife, friend, sister, and adventure seeker. She enjoys Saturday morning coffee with her family, traveling, being with nature, and exploring new experiences.
