The care, patience, and kindness you bring to this work makes a lasting difference for so many people in our community.

But what truly makes you special is the way you take care of your team. You lead with generosity, encouragement, and just the right amount of humor, always making sure your staff feels supported and appreciated. We are grateful to work for someone who not only leads the way professionally, but also looks out for each of us personally.

Last week, our funeral director and crematory operator, Breanne, traveled to Las Vegas to attend the 2026 Cremation Symposium hosted by CANA (Cremation Association of North America).

As the American death care industry continues to see a steady shift from traditional casket burial toward cremation, it’s more important than ever to stay informed, educated, and forward-thinking. This symposium provided an opportunity to gather fresh, practical ideas, learn about emerging trends, and connect with other dedicated professionals from across the country.
