Natasha's passion lies in working with children, teens, and young adults. Her focus is to help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.

She holds specialized training in play therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and perinatal mental health (PMH-T), and brings a compassionate, personalized approach to every session.
