My name is Sara Gregoire, founder of Empowered Occupational Therapy LLC. I am a certified and registered Occupational Therapist. I serve children 0-3 years, new mothers and mama's to be. With a holistic approach my goal is to help women in navigating motherhood through empowerment and lactation support as well as increase infant development through the means of play and functional daily activities.

Connection is at the core of what we do here at 🫶

This little one has been a “picky eater”, developing strong preferences towards certain foods, and others not so much. Through play and connection we were able to work on exploring a ~not so~ preferred food helping us get one step closer to expanding our food groups.

Picky eating isn’t just about food. It’s about trust, safety, and connection. When children feel understood and supported, they’re more willing to explore and learn. It is important to create a space where connection comes first—and progress follows.
