About 5 months work and 35lbs lost

If you are new here I’ve been posting the suffering Aidan endured for the last 5 months on my YT and his passion for bodybuilding is quite evident.

His discipline is unmatched and not many (if any) people train harder than him (while simultaneously being slowly starved).

I’ll be making a comprehensive video breakdown of his prep and the programming that went into it but as for now I’ve got a video up on my YT of the show day experience and my analysis of the results.

About 9 weeks work and 20lbs lost

Effort from both sides of the equation (coach + client) is required to bring in as good of a look as he brought.

I imagine myself as an evil genius when programming but that doesn’t mean s**t if the plan isn’t followed.

Clearly that wasn’t the case as Cole showed up day in and day out for 9 weeks and put in the work regardless of how terrible some of those low carb days felt :/

About 3 months of work (2 months of pulling body weight down) with as we sit under 7 weeks out from his classic physique debut

Each workout of the training program he’ll likely run until the end of prep is now up on my YT channel.

This is the result of living a bodybuilding lifestyle by hitting all of his meals, workouts, and cardio.
