Pop-up class alert!

Michelle B will be leading a Myofascial Release Yin class on Oct. 14th and Nov. 11th at 6PM at Inspire.

Myofascial Release targets the trigger points in muscles to release tension and increase flexibility, using blocks and massage balls. Equipment provided!
