Ever wonder why you have to sit in a waiting room for something that could’ve been handled in a quick message? In traditional healthcare, most clinics only get paid if you’re sitting in their office. No visit = no reimbursement. That’s why even urgent care centers need you in a chair before they can submit a claim.
