You know how sometimes you’ll say, “I just randomly get headaches”?

Most of the time… they’re not actually random.

It can be tight shoulders that have been creeping up toward your ears for weeks.
It can be jaw clenching you don’t even realize you’re doing.
It can be stress that your nervous system hasn’t had a chance to come down from.

The body doesn’t usually wake up and decide to hurt for no reason.
It builds. It compensates. It whispers before it yells.

That’s why I’m always looking beyond just the symptom and asking, “Okay… what’s really going on here?
