This evocative quilt is hung at Chrysalis. It is based of symbols used in quilts which worked as secret maps of the Underground Railroad. It is a representation of connection and working together of people to escape trauma and heal.
The quilt was made by my (Cavett) cousin from the fabric of my late great aunt. It was hand stitched with work by my cousin and her Amish friends.

Chrysalis Behavioral Health Services is seeking licensed therapists and psychologists to join our multidisciplinary private practice. We provide comprehensive outpatient services, including individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. Chrysalis has fully equipped play therapy rooms, a sensory wall, sensory room, sandtray rooms, and healing gardens.
