I was at Pearle Vision yesterday and I enjoyed every bit of it! The eye exam went great, checking out new frames was tons of fun and the employees were SO welcoming like always!

We got four packs of your lenses and three of them were ripped right out of the same box! What the heck? Are these some kind of cheaper knock offs? I’ve never had this happen. And now I’m stuck with them? NOT OK

I have been with pearl vision for 25+years. Yesterday I was treated so poorly I will never return... some advice when you have been paid in full it is not cool to send a bill demanding more money... DO NOT talk to an adult patient as though they are a child

Right before GHD, we had the pleasure of training Pearle Vision & they are now an Autism Friendly Community Partner!! We had some technical difficulties but it was a success overall. Thank you to every staff member that attended, your patience was appreciated. Thank you for making individuals with autism a priority & increasing awareness. 💙
Very disappointed with the service I received when I went to pick up my new Oakley eye glasses. First issue after walking in they told me to have a seat and wait for lady to come make sure they fit. 10 min later I havnt been helped so someone went to go tell the lady again I was waiting, at this point I could see her computer screen through the door as she was ordering online jimmy johns subs. Took another 5 min for her to get out there to help. She pretty much just handed me my glasses and sent me on my way. Which leads to second problem when I went to wear my new Oakley glasses that cost nearly 800$ for the first time (normally wear contacts) took them out of the box and case to put them on and they sat crooked on my face and the nose pieces not adjusted correctly. Needless to say very disappointed for bringing my business to you company. I'll be going elsewhere to get them adjusted correctly.
