National Gardening Day is here, and that means its's time for yardwork, flower beds, planter prep, and long lists for upcoming weekend projects...

But gardening is a lot more physical than it looks. And and include hours of:
-Bending
-Lifting
-Kneeling
-Twisting

…after a few months of not doing much of that at all.

That’s usually when we start seeing:
• sore backs
• irritated knees
• shoulders that are unprepared

A little preparation goes a long way...Want a quick reset before you start? Focus on these:
• Hamstring stretch (for bending/lifting)
• Hip flexor stretch (for kneeling/standing)
• Thoracic rotation (for twisting/reaching)

If you’ve been dealing with tight shoulders, poor posture, or general upper back discomfort, strengthening the right muscles can make a meaningful difference.

This simple resistance band routine is designed to:
• Improve posture
• Build upper back strength
• Support better, more comfortable movement throughout the day

The exercises are straightforward, require minimal equipment, and can be done at home in just a few minutes.

Start with 10 reps and 3 sets of each movement, and stay consistent over the next couple of weeks.

When a muscle or soft tissue is injured, your body immediately starts repairing it—but that process isn’t always efficient on its own.

Without the right guidance, tissue can heal:

• weaker

Back in 1980, the BBC made an announcement that caught a lot of attention—Big Ben was going digital.

They claimed the iconic clock would be renamed “Digital Dave” to make it easier for tourists to read, the famous chimes would be replaced with simple beeps, and it would even broadcast a short news update every evening.

Some people immediately got the joke. And ALOT of people didn’t—and actually called in to complain.

Safe to say, not every prank lands the way you expect.

It’s the zero-to-sixty start.

Most people go from “sitting” straight into running and expect their body to just figure it out. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it reminds you halfway through.

Try one of the following exercises consistently:
• Running Man – helps your body find its stride before you actually run
• Monster Walk – wakes up your hips and glutes so they’re not late to the party

Takes a couple minutes. Minimal equipment. Big difference in how your run feels during and after.
