Customer: How do you know if you got all of the urine or spill out?

Us: Oh we know!

Getting a human or pet accident is crucial so the odor doesn’t come back and create problems even though the carpets look great. We use a professional black light to locate the spots and then a tool called a water claw to completely flush out the spot and bonus points we can see because it has an awesome glass case!

🤯Check out this recent job we did for a property management company! This was a 3 bedroom apartment which would have cost the management company somewhere around $4,000 to replace the carpet and we saved them money and time! Don’t be scared to reach out we love challenges and we’ve seen it all!

Property management asked us to do the best we could and boy was it a surprise when we walked in. We had to vacuum, scoop with a pail and really treat this one well. Once we treated the stains we agitated and then used our steam cleaning process to get it to the best shape it’s going to be. It’s not perfect but it’s 95 percent better!
