It seems that the coming New Year has many people vowing to make more health conscious choices. Before you start your diet and exercise program, it pays to detoxify the body first so that your efforts will be more successful. To detox with the new year is not only an easy resolution to keep, it’s one that will improve your health and wellbeing from the first treatment.

One way to detox is with the Ion Detox Foot Bath. This is no ordinary foot treatment as the water is charged with ions. The foot bath starts when you remove your shoes and socks, then dip your feet into the ionic-water spa. During this time, you may relax, read, or even close your eyes and let the water do the work. You’ll notice that the color of the water will change and may range from a light to dark brown color. This is not a reflection of how dirty your feet may be, but rather from the interaction of the ionic water.

Once completed, you simply pull your feet from the spa, dry them off, put on your socks and shoes and get on with your day. The ionic water provides energy for your body in a natural way while releasing many toxins.
