🌱 Since May 2018, many of us have been walking through a quiet revolution.
In mid-May 2018, a long planetary cycle began that started shaking loose everything connected to:
• safety
• money
• home
• the body
• identity
• values
• what we truly need to feel grounded
For many people, this showed up as:
– sudden life changes
– awakenings that couldn’t be ignored
– leaving old roles, jobs, or relationships
– nervous system recalibration
– deep questions about purpose
– rebuilding from the inside out
This was a steady progression phase.
For me, this began right around my sobriety date (May 2018). Just days before this larger cycle officially began, I didn’t know it then — but I was stepping into a whole new chapter of embodiment and truth.
What started as “getting sober” became:
• learning to live in my body again
• redefining stability
• releasing survival patterns
• reclaiming my intuitive voice
• rebuilding life from soul instead of conditioning
And I know I’m not alone in this.
Over the past several years, many of us have been in a slow initiation:
Awakening → dismantling → rebuilding.
Astrologically, this lines up with a long cycle that began in mid-May 2018, focused on dismantling old foundations around safety, money, body, home, and identity — while another influence has been teaching us how to bring spirituality into real life through boundaries, rest, nervous system care, and practical restructuring.
In simple terms:
One energy has been breaking us open.
Another has been teaching us how to rebuild with compassion and structure.
Awakening wasn’t meant to stay abstract but meant to become lived.
At the same time, another influence has been asking us to bring spirituality into form — not just feeling or channeling, but living it:
• creating boundaries
• honoring rest
• tending mental health and nervous systems
• turning insight into structure
• letting compassion exist alongside responsibility
This is support in returning to who you already are — and learning how to support that truth in real life.
If you’ve felt:
– exhausted but clearer
– tender but stronger
– stripped down yet more authentic
– called to simplify
– guided toward body-based healing
– drawn to meaningful work
– unsure what’s next but unable to go back
You’re integrating.
The next phase is about stabilization, integration, and building something real from what you’ve already survived and remembered.
As I always say — sometimes rest is the deepest work.
Sometimes restructuring is the healing.
Sometimes simply staying present is revolutionary.
If this resonates, you’re right on time. 🤍
Have a beautiful day and year of restructuring.
Namaste,
Staci
