• Fine motor skills like coloring, cutting, buttoning, or using utensils
• Sensory regulation and staying calm in busy environments
• Transitions, routines, and daily tasks
• Attention, body awareness, and coordination
• Play skills and independence at home or school
Every child is different, and OT can help build skills in ways that are meaningful for everyday life. 💙💚

Today is Autism Acceptance Day — a reminder that acceptance starts with understanding, support, and action.

According to the CDC, 1 in 31 children are identified with autism spectrum disorder. At Full Circle, we are committed to meeting children and families with the support they need at every stage of the journey — from diagnostic evaluation to therapy services to educational placement and support. We believe every child deserves access to compassionate, individualized care and an environment built to help them grow, communicate, and thrive.

This day is about more than awareness. It is about acceptance, inclusion, and creating systems that truly support autistic individuals and their families. 💙💚

We’re hiring: Intake & Scheduling Coordinator! This role is all about creating a smooth, organized, and family-friendly experience for families from the very first inquiry. The Intake & Scheduling Coordinator helps guide the front-end access process by coordinating intakes, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining and tracking authorizations as needed, and scheduling evaluations and ongoing services.

April is Occupational Therapy Month, and we’re kicking off the celebration with a shoutout to Hodan, our OT practicum student from the University of Mary. For the past 12 weeks, Hodan has been learning alongside our amazing occupational therapist, Kayla, and we have loved having her here. Some of you may even recognize her as a former RBT with Full Circle, which made it even more special to welcome her back.

Hodan has been such a joy to have on our team, and we know she is going to do amazing things in her OT career. We’re so proud of you, Hodan!
