We’re proud to share that Laura, our pharmacy owner, was recently selected as one of 100 female leaders from across the region to serve as a mentor at the Intentional Collisions event hosted by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce.

It was an honor for Laura to support and connect with fellow leaders while championing the next generation of women. Opportunities like this reflect the power of community, meaningful connection, and investing in one another’s growth. We’re grateful to see Laura representing Dakota Clinic Pharmacy with such purpose and heart, helping to build a stronger, more vibrant, and more connected community.

February has been all about heart! ❤️

The Dakota Clinic Pharmacy teams have been proud to take part in American Heart Month, National Go Red Day, and Giving Hearts Day - each reflecting a different way we care for the hearts of those around us.

We dressed in red for and have been offering blood pressure screenings and expanded heart-health services all month in support of .

Our favorite moment though has been the opportunity to give back through Giving Hearts Day. Many team members chose to put their annual giveback bucks toward the day, helping us contribute $2000 among eight incredible organizations in our community.

Caring for hearts shows up in many forms. Through awareness, patient care, and giving back, we are grateful to live this mission together every day. ❤️

👏🏻👏🏻 Congratulations to Carly for presenting at the CAP Center Symposium! 👏🏻👏🏻

Our team always looks forward to the annual NDSU CAP Center Symposium as a chance to deepen our clinical knowledge and strengthen the services we provide to our patients. This year was especially meaningful, with our very own Carly selected as a guest speaker!

She shared our journey in being one of the very first pharmacies to bring pharmacist-written prescriptions and CPA testing to our community, highlighting the dedication, problem-solving, and teamwork behind making this program a reality at our pharmacy. The full room (with attendees joining virtually from across the entire state!) made it clear just how valuable her insight was.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to grow, learn, and contribute, and we couldn’t be more proud of Carly for representing our pharmacy at such an honorable event. Her leadership continues to move our team, and our profession, forward in meaningful ways. 💙💊

We just wrapped up National Pharmacy Week! Our teams went all out on a week full of fun, celebration, and connection - from themed spirit days and pharmacy bingo to a pharmacist-hosted potluck, surprise awards, snacks and gifts, and a technician bake-off. We even took time for a session with a licensed therapist, focused on how we can better care for our patients and ourselves. And as always, we offered patient giveaways at both locations, with our community truly at the heart of everything we do.

On a personal note, this week felt especially meaningful. While I’m no fresh face to the team (14th year at DCP, 12+ as an owner) 2025 has been my first year as the sole owner. It’s been a year of tremendous growth with new team members, new licensures and certifications, new leadership roles, and new patient programming! I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come in such a short time, and I can confidently say this is the strongest, most cohesive team we’ve ever had. So, here’s to the work we do (and who we get to do it with!), the patients we’re so fortunate to serve, and another amazing year ahead, together. 💙

We couldn’t be prouder of our technician team! Their motivation, care, and commitment both inside and outside of the pharmacy are inspiring.

On Friday and Saturday, they dedicated time and energy to growing their pharmacy skills at the Northland Association of Pharmacy Technicians - NAPT fall conference. Then on Sunday, they poured that same energy out into our community by volunteering at the Out of the Darkness Walk. The work they do, both personally and professionally, is so appreciated every day. ❤️

Carly! Our beloved Pharmacy Manager at the SU clinic location recently completed the esteemed 35 Under 35 Women’s Leadership Program with United Way of Cass-Clay. While rigorous to be accepted into, we weren’t surprised in the slightest that she was selected. Her care for our patients and for our team are unmatched and shine through in her leadership. Congratulations to Carly!
