Current CMS patients know of any closures or limited hours at their home clinic - our #1 goal is always to ensure continuity of care. Most clinics will be closed or operating shorter hours on 1/1/26, with a few also open shorter hours on 12/31, 1/2 or 1/3. We encourage you to please contact your clinic directly to confirm hours.
