No high or low is forever. ❤️

Life’s been such a roller coaster this summer! 🎢 The death of my dog, Barkley, the arrival of my puppy, Pixel (you can see her at if you missed her debut!), the promotion of my new book, The Story of You, which comes out in less than two months… It’s been a lot. 😮‍💨 But I’m doing my best to just enjoy the ride!

Its official! We are very excited to say that Empower Counseling has clothing and merch for sale now!

For anyone that knows us knows that Empower staff like to give back to the community AND have fun in the process. So, Empower does not receive any money for this and all proceeds go to a local cause!

Right now, we are raising money for the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (ND chapter) and will be walking in the Out of Dark was Community Walk on Sept 21st!
