Giddy-up! Yesterday we wore our finest Western attire and then engaged in a lively game of human lasso & sipped on rootbeer floats. National Assisted Living Week Fun!

We are enjoying our celebrations for National Assisted Living Week. Day one was a tailgating party, followed by a big Vikings win last night! Today, we had a fun community pizza party 🍕bowling 🎳 and hat day 🧢. More fun is to come this week as we celebrate our amazing residents and staff! We appreciate you!

Our week flew past! We enjoyed some live music with Melissa, played Nix the Six dice game (just to name a few of our fun activities), and concluded it with a fun Oktoberfest celebration, featuring a beer/root beer tasting, pretzels and cheese, several games of Octoberfest bingo, and finishing up with the chicken dance. We truly have a fun community!

Mill City is excited to host our annual Trunk or Treat event on October 18th, and we’re calling on our amazing community to help make it a sweet success!

We welcome any and all candy donations to help fill the trunks and treat our little ghouls and goblins. Donations can be dropped off at our community—just hand them to any staff member or leave them at the front desk.

Thank you for your generosity and for helping us create a fun and festive Halloween celebration!

Corn dogs, cheese curds, funnel cakes, popcorn, and cotton candy...oh my! And so much more! We experienced an abundance of laughter at our Fair Day Event yesterday. Thank you to those who participated & staff who so kindly volunteered to get wet!

Oh, what a beautiful night for a roll-in car show! We appreciate Drag-on's Car club Faribault Mn. for swinging by tonight and every Thursday night throughout the summer!

We are excited for this event and thankful for Drag-on's Car club Faribault Mn. to join us! For anyone who wants to come to our community for the roll-in event and show off their car, we will give them a SWAG bag, hot dog basket, and beverage. Sounds like a win-win to me! Hope to see some great cars!

Tomorrow, Thursday, August 28th is our LAST Thursday Night Care Center Cruise of the season! We will leave from Faribault Harley Davidson at 6:00, will skip our usual first stop at Mill City, do the rest of the route, and then end at Mill City to join our friends there for a hot dog picnic and roll-in!
