Please join us in welcoming our new Culinary Director, Beth Clinton, to the Mill City team!
We are thrilled to have her with us, and we’d love to share a little about her so you can get to know her better:
Beth comes to us with over five years of experience as a Culinary Director, bringing a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to our community.
Beth graduated from Faribault High School in 2002 — Go Falcons! She now lives in Elysian with her three daughters: Cheyenne (17), Shelby (13), and Josephine (4). Along with her passion for culinary work, she also bartends a few evenings a week at DT’s 118 in Waterville.
Beth brings a strong dedication to making our residents feel happy, cared for, and well-fed. She has a genuine passion for bringing joy through great food and meaningful connection.
Outside of work, Beth loves cooking and baking, and in her downtime she enjoys gardening, canning, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.
We’re excited to have Beth’s talent, warmth, and creativity in our community — welcome to the team, Beth!
