“I’ve had an amazing experience working with Nevin. He helped me understand proper form in a way no one ever has before. For the first time, I really learned how to build a strong mind–muscle connection and what proper form FEELS like. My issue was overtraining (running 25+ miles a week) and over time, I started noticing groin pain. I wanted to take action and not “run through the pain” so I was recommended to see Nevin. He took the time to break down what I was doing incorrectly and explained why it was contributing to the discomfort I was feeling in my hips. Then he guided me step-by-step through the correct movements, making sure I truly understood how to activate the right muscles.
