Deep Tissue Massage should NEVER be the first Massage you receive. You have to prep your body for that pressure and stripping.

The pain you will be in is extremely tense and frustrating. Recovery is 48-72 hours.You would never want to be Massage again. Choose your Massage Therapist carefully ask all the questions you need.
