If you have never been to downtown Carrollton, you need to go. It has wonderful shops around the square. Babe's Chicken is just off the square. Antique store, craft store and restaurants are just a few businesses. It also has a movie theater. Suzan and Vicki were enjoying the wonderful weather after the candy store. A nice, relaxing afternoon.

Our outing was to a candy store in downtown Carrollton called Blooms. The morning was spent reminiscing about candy from when we were kids. Then, we went to the candy store to see if we could find the candy we talked about. We had so much fun at the store. What was your favorite candy as a child?

We had a great time making trail mix. Everyone really enjoyed the mix. It consisted of Cranraisins, M&M's, white chocolate morsels, peanuts, cashews and pecans. A nice mix of sweet and salty. What's your favorite trail mix?

We did a potato chip taste test of five different chips. The residents voted on their favorite potato chip. The most liked chip was the Limon, followed by the Queso chip. The least favorite was the Veggie Popables. Have you tried any of them? What is your favorite chip?
