Stressful situations are meant to increase the heart rate and quicken the breath. It's meant to create a reactive state of fighting or fleeing.

🚭 Smoking: slows down blood supply of oxygen to body.

➡️ Alcohol: inflammatory substance, that will also dehydrate you.

🚫 Poor Diet: processed foods contribute to inflammation.

✖️ Dehydration: will dramatically decrease healing. (Reminder: on average 60% of the human body is water.)

😵‍💫 Not enough sleep: the body repairs during sleep. You don't have to sleep all day, BUT good sleep is important for recovery.

🚨 This is one of the main reasons seat belts save lives! Because even low impact has significant forces.

Studies have shown that seat belts have brought us less deaths, however there are more injuries.

This is NOT to say all low impact accidents cause injuries. This information is simply to educate. Get checked out even if you are involved in that "minor" accident.

2 types:
•acute - red, swelling, pain
•chronic - associated with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, & gut issues

Inflammation turns on as a mechanism to help protect the body. It aids in fighting off infections & speeds the healing process.

However, sometimes this mechanism can get turned on too high & stays in the body too long.

Chronic Inflammation is "invisible". It doesn't show up as red/swollen or with pain.

Supplementing with these natural herbs will aid the body in preventing and reducing chronic Inflammation.
