🏋️♀️ Can jumping exercises help with injury recovery? A new review says yes.
Plyometric training, which includes fast and powerful movements like jumps, may help people recover from injuries like ankle sprains, ACL tears, and shoulder problems. Most studies showed promising results when these exercises were done safely and with the proper guidance.
