Founded in 1967, Daleview Care Center is a 142-bed facility located in Farmingdale, NY, in close proximity to all local hospitals.

Back again with more lovely moments from the Alzheimer's Walk 💜 Raffles and prizes were given out afterwards, and we celebrated a beautiful day with the community, raising $1000 for the Alzheimer's Association!

The Alzheimer's Association is a cause near to our hearts. They are leading the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Truly necessary work that we're happy to be able to support.

Happy Tie Dye Day 🫟 We had a groovy time learning how to Tie Dye and had fun getting messy and making our own shirts to wear, and even had some of our own favorite looks on to comemorate the day.

Daleview residents had a great time celebrating Earth Day! We planted flowers, learned about the history of Earth Day, and had a delicious earthy treat!

Our awesome Music Therapist Robert really knows how to connect with residents, and covers a wide range of content from Beyonce to Hava Nagilah! 🎶 This versatility means everyone can be happy, as we play along with different instruments, sway to the beat, and get to let out some energy. Music therapy is a wonderful part of our recreation experience and a great way to brighten moods and lighten hearts.

Come by for a visit and donate to a great cause! 💜 We hope to see you on the 16th for the walk.

Our Facility will be fundraising for the entire month of April in honor of End Alzheimer's Day on April 17th!

We will be selling purple ribbons for $1 each which will be displayed with donors name in the lobby of both the Renewal and Long Term buildings.

We will also be raffling off various gift baskets. All proceeds from ribbons and baskets will be donated to The Alzheimer's Association.

Join us for a grand finale walk around our buildings with our Residents on April 16th (Rain Date April 17th)
