I made judging myself into my own personal sport for a long time. Even as I progressed into my career as a therapist, and especially as I pursued spiritual growth.
“I’m a meditator, an energy healer, and a therapist, I should be able to handle this better.”
I don’t speak to myself this way or expect this of myself anymore. I have done a ton of healing. But healing doesn’t give me a free pass to not feel pain anymore. It doesn’t mean I’m never insecure, anxious, judgmental, or resentful.
Stop trying to fix yourself and avoid feeling anything “bad.” Instead, start changing the way you relate to your thoughts and feelings in each moment and you will find a resilience in you that you didn’t know was possible.
Be gentle with yourself today and welcome whatever your moment brings. ❤️✨
