Weekend Wisdom: Are you an inmate or a guard? Think of a prison building, the inmate anxiously waits to get outside those walls, to be released. The guards, leave every night, but come right back every morning, they love to come, to them is is a place to work and earn money. Yet the building is the same, the walls are the same. It is ONLY the mental attitude that is different, that jail is the jail. The next time you are dealing with a difficult situation, will you be the inmate or the guard?

Do you have just 2 minutes?
In just 2 minutes you can experience calm and re connection.
Sit comfortably, in a chair., or on the floor, it doesn't matter.
Close your eyes. or lower them.
Breathe in
Breathe out.
To keep focused add the mantra, (silently or in a low voice,) : So Hum. it means:
"I am that:.
So = on the inhale
Hum = on the exhale.
Repeat for 2 minutes or longer if you like.

Amazing what 2 minutes of breath meditation can do
