Blackburn Family Association

Blackburn Family Association The Blackburn Family Association is dedicated to the preservation of the heritage of the family. The Blackburn Family Association, Inc.

is the authoritative source on Blackburn genealogy and has extensive information on descendants of John Blackburn born about 1675 and on allied lines. While we are able to clearly trace our family history back to John Blackburn in Ireland, don't assume that our family originated in Ireland.

Cousins - a friendly reminder that it is less than 6 months until our reunion in Reno, Oct. 14 - 18. While our Thursday bus tour is now wait-list only, our Friday tour still has about 30 seats available. All the other activities have no size limitations, however the sooner we receive your registration the better we can plan. If you need more information or a copy of our registration form, please visit our website, www.blackburn-tree.org and click on the reunions tab.
If you've never been to one of our reunions, it's a great way to connect with our extended Blackburn family and a lot are first-timers. Please join us for any or all of the activities!

Welcome to the Blackburn Family Association, Inc. The authoritative source on the Blackburn family of North America that had its origins in County Armagh, Ireland.

*****Reunion Update***** The Thursday (Oct 15) bus tour is now full! 🚌🚌We have had cancellations in the past, so we are maintaining a wait list with PAID reservations. You'll be notified if seats open up and these will be refunded if space isn't available. The locations we are visiting have capacity limitations and a third bus just cannot be added. There are about 40 seats still left for the bus tour on Friday (Oct 16) as we have more capacity for that day. 🚌🚌🚌 Again, there are no space limitations for the meet & greet events on Thurs and Fri night, the family history session on Saturday, the dinner on Saturday or the Quaker meeting on Sunday.
See you in October!!

**Reunion Update** Event registrations for the reunion in October are coming in fast and furious. The Thursday bus tour only has about 35 seats left on it as we are limited to 2 buses. The Friday bus tour has more capacity because we can run a third bus, so there are about 85 seats left for that trip. The other events (meet & greet, the dinner, Quaker meeting) are not space limited, but the earlier you can get your reservations in the more helpful that can be for planning. We realize October is a long way off and it might be hard to nail down your plans right now. We just want to keep you informed.

If the tours fill up, we do create a waiting list with PAID reservations. Every reunion we have folks that need to change their plans, and spots open up. You will be notified of your status upon receipt of your reservation payments. Of course, if you are unable to get a spot on the bus your reservation dollars will be returned.

Hope to see you in Reno!!
