Physical therapy (PT), also known as physiotherapy, is one of the allied health professions that, by using mechanical force and movements (bio-mechanics or kinesiology), manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy, remediates impairments and promotes mobility and function. Physical therapy is used to improve a patient's quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis and physical intervention. It is performed by physical therapists (known as physiotherapists in many countries).

In addition to clinical practice, other activities encompassed in the physical therapy profession include research, education, consultation and administration. Physical therapy services may be provided as primary care treatment or alongside, or in conjunction with, other medical services.

Laser and full rehab program
Yes! we have low level laser at our facility,
But! This might decrease pain
But! not change restrictions in the muscles, joints and tissues that limit range of motion,strength and function.
So! The problem recurs.

Thursdays 2:00-3:00

1 Hour of Prevention
This includes-
*30 minutes of Correction Exercises
*15 minutes in Sauna or whirlpool bath
*15 minute Chair Massage
Thursday evenings 5:30-6:30
The exercise portion will start at 5:30 and a second one at 6:00

Quick and healthy lunch suggestion. Make a pot of soup, on one of those cold winter days, freeze leftover individual portions in ziploc freezer bags and lay flat in the freezer. Grab a bag to take to work with you for lunch. These do not take up space in your freezer, are quick to thaw at work and you will know exactly what each and every tastey, healthy bite is.
