Job Description
Centria Staffing is looking to hire caring, professional, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides (CNAs preferred). There is an opening for a facility with part-time and full-time opportunities with multiple clients across multiple programs throughout Grand Rapids. Client types range from adult foster care to transitional care with duties including ADLs, supervision, accompaniment to therapy sessions, and light cleaning. This facility does allow double shifts and has flexibility regarding shift times.
Responsibilities:
• Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
• Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise
• Observe the client’s physical, mental, and emotional conditions/ document and record changes in the patient condition
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment
• Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing or taking a bath
• Adhere to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements

Skill Requirements:
• Strong patient service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient's care
• Ability to address minor medical issues
• Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software

Education, State, and Licensing Requirements:
• Valid CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Background Check
• Negative TB test results
