Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Pediatrics - Farmington Hills

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Pediatrics - Farmington Hills Pediatricians caring for kids age zero to twenty! Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Pediatrics - Farmington Hills community and surrounding areas.

Our practice consists of board-certified pediatricians that work very closely together to form a consistent and similar style of practice along with pediatric nurse practitioners. We are dedicated to providing the best personal and quality care for your child from birth through adolescence. If you're looking for a new doctor, we offer one-on-one meetings with our physicians. Please call the office

for more information. As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.

Keeping your little ones safe on the road is a top priority! Starting on Wednesday, April 2, new car seat laws will go into effect to enhance child passenger safety. Here’s what you need to know:

🔹 Rear-Facing Longer – Children must remain rear-facing until at least age 2, or until they reach the height and weight limits of their car seat.

🔹 Harnessed Forward-Facing – Kids should stay in a forward-facing car seat with a harness until at least age 5 for maximum protection.

🔹 Booster Seats – Children must use a booster seat until they are at least 4'9" tall and can properly fit a seat belt.

🔹 Back Seat Safety – It’s recommended that children under age 13 sit in the back seat for added protection.

Following these updated guidelines can help reduce the risk of serious injury in an accident. Be sure to check your car seat manual and state laws to stay compliant! ✅
