🎁 Boxing Day is all about giving back 🎁
While many will enjoy the day spending time with loved ones, today is also a beautiful reminder of generosity. Traditionally, Boxing Day was a time to share with those in need — and that spirit feels more important than ever.
Let us know in the comments how you are celebrating . Tell us if you are donating food, clothing, or even a few hours of your time to a local charity. Small acts of kindness can make a huge difference for families who could use a little extra support this season.
Let’s keep the holiday warmth going by lifting each other up. ❤️

As some of our employees begin to celebrate Kwanzaa, we reflect on values that drive not only culture — but innovation and excellence in the automotive world. The Nguzo Saba (7 principles) offer powerful lessons for how individuals and communities build, lead, and serve.
1️⃣ Umoja (Unity) – Collaborate across teams, suppliers, and communities to move forward together.
2️⃣ Kujichagulia (Self-Determination) – Empower individuals to shape their careers and contributions with pride.
3️⃣ Ujima (Collective Work & Responsibility) – Solve challenges together—from the assembly line to the boardroom.
4️⃣ Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics) – Support a diversified supplier network and embrace inclusive economic growth.
5️⃣ Nia (Purpose) – Design and build with intention — toward a safer, more sustainable future.
6️⃣ Kuumba (Creativity) – Innovate boldly in engineering, design, and customer experience.
7️⃣ Imani (Faith) – Believe in our people, our mission, and the road ahead.
From the shop floor to our customers door, these values help drive progress with purpose. While the holiday was intended to unite African Americans by celebrating their history, heritage, and values - we recognize these as principles that unite humankind and make us .
