Congratulations to the Fort Worth, team on a successful launch of the "MAHLE HUB". 🎉

The plant has proudly unveiled the brand-new . Over the past few weeks, the room was painted, new furniture installed, and a computer and printer were set up, enabling employees with to streamline efficient availability of information. The MAHLE Hub provides direct access from the shop floor to the room where employees can update their personal details, check their time statements, print pay stubs, access HR policies and procedures, browse our discounts and more.

On the day of the grand opening, the location hosted 1:1 sessions with each hourly employee to educate them on the HR kiosk functionality by providing step-by-step instructions from login to navigation of the system. When we bridge technology and teamwork, we achieve .
