For the last six years, Carlie has devoted herself to building the very best team of caregivers to represent our mission and serve our clients with excellence. She has an incredible eye for talent, but even more importantly, she has a heart for people.

Before stepping into her HR role, Carlie was once our Caregiver of the Year, and that compassion still shines through in everything she does. She understands firsthand what it takes to care for clients with patience, dignity, and empathy, and she hires with that same standard in mind.
