On the days I beat my building mates, I jam out before my clients 💆🤣🎶
Getting ready for an intra-oral TMJ massage on a quiet morning.
Intra-oral massage gets into the deep tension that affects our bite, causes aching pain in the jaw and ears, and can cause headaches. Usually, I will have some gua-sha tools, some light facial cups, and gloves of course 👍

Got in some hot rocks practice so I can add this to the modalities I'll be offering in Farmington ✨
Hot rocks are especially helpful for chronic inflammation and trauma.
Heat is soothing and can feel more relaxing than just deep tissue massage.
Massage is an inflammatory process and can initially cause stress to the body. Heat can sooth while also working deeply, creating a calming but effective massage.
