”Generous in love—God, give grace! Huge in mercy—wipe out my bad record. Scrub away my guilt, soak out my sins in your laundry. I know how bad I’ve been; my sins are staring me down. You’re the One I’ve violated, and you’ve seen it all, seen the full extent of my evil. You have all the facts before you; whatever you decide about me is fair. I’ve been out of step with you for a long time, in the wrong since before I was born. What you’re after is truth from the inside out. Enter me, then; conceive a new, true life. Soak me in your laundry and I’ll come out clean, scrub me and I’ll have a snow-white life. Tune me in to foot-tapping songs, set these once-broken bones to dancing. Don’t look too close for blemishes, give me a clean bill of health. God, make a fresh start in me, shape a Genesis week from the chaos of my life. Don’t throw me out with the trash, or fail to breathe holiness in me. Bring me back from gray exile, put a fresh wind in my sails! Give me a job teaching rebels your ways so the lost can find their way home. Commute my death sentence, God, my salvation God, and I’ll sing anthems to your life-giving ways. Unbutton my lips, dear God; I’ll let loose with your praise.“

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭51‬:‭1‬-‭15‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Generous in love—God, give grace! Huge in mercy—wipe out my bad record. Scrub away my guilt, soak out my sins in your laundry. I know how bad I’ve been; my sins are staring me down. You’re the One I’

By the Grace of God He has given me an opportunity to serve His children who are in need. Our community has so many broken and lost people it's easy for some to fall through the cracks. I am thankful for the time I’ve had by doing Street Ministry, here in Farmington and surrounding cities. I wouldn't be able to serve the Lord if not for the many many people in my corner. The men in my church’s. Lt. Christopher Rockwell, with The Salvation Army Joe Barella with Emmanuel Baptist Church and all the other friends that I’ve met since I arrived here almost two years ago.

I have been very passionate about “Making Jesus Famous”
Only with the Lord Jesus in my heart and the guiding force inside me. I have worked with other servants to get Celebrate Recovery started in a number of churches throughout the San Juan County, in where there is now a CR every night of the week. As many of you know I have been blessed to be a part of Broken Chains, which is part CR, we are the Motorcycle enthusiasts of CR. I am still the only Broken Chains member in the Northern part of New Mexico. This doesn’t bother me as I have welcomed by all the motorcycle clubs here.

The Lord works in many ways and often it is through those closest to us, to love us, guide us, strengthen us, to be the light in the dark.

May God bless us all in all our endeavors. We are all sinners however He has given us all a gift and that’s grace and salvation.

- [ ] We all fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 🙏♥️ of our Lord Jesus.

A lot of people have been calling to find out how they can donate to The Salvation Army Farmington Corps. So what we've done is to create a Virtual Kettle for those that don't get out much or aren't sure where to go to put money into our kettles.

Here is the solution we were able to come up with. All you have to do is scan this QR Code with your Cell Phone Camera and our Salvation Army Farmington website where you can donate to kettle program (Virtual Kettle)

You can also go directly to our website:
farmington.salvationarmy.org

Thank you in advance for your generous donations. We want everyone to know that all donations stay right here in San Juan County, NM

If you have any questions or concerns, please call (505)327-5117

Many people avoid pain by:

1- blaming someone else for their troubles.

2- avoiding people who are in trouble, crisis or pain.

3- keeping a shield over their heart and living out of their intellect so they don't have to "feel" life.

4- staying angry.

5- living in a fantasy world, refusing to acknowledge reality.

6 - sleeping all the time.

7 - medicating themselves through drugs, alcohol, po*******hy, religion, or anything else that drowns the pain.

Jesus is the only healthy way out of pain!
