Yoga by Cyndi Basic Vinyasa Flow Class on Thursdays, 6:30-7:30. Free on-line class during Cornavirus situation.

Classes focus on stretching, range-of-motion and building strength while linking breath and movement to calm the mind.

Gentle class on a warm day. Keeping things slow gives us a nice chance to explore our body and mind's response.

We'll have a nice gentle class tonight to keep us moving, grounded, stetching and all the good things without over heating. Going slow can be a great way to really tune into our body and mind's response to things.
