Our baby girl is 18mths today! A toddler! It goes so fast, but also feels so dense. Her BIG personality capturing our hearts and anyone she meets each day.

It's been a great summer; enjoying gardens, music, day trips and more. Such a privilege to have been home with her and able to watch her, grow, learn, explore and bloom. My little sunflower 🌻.

Arriving early with a fierceness for the world, our dear Hayden Everleigh Russell began her journey to meet us in the middle of the storm. Born 2/28/23, 8:25am, 6lb 7oz, 20.5".

Our lives forever changed and our hearts overflowing with a love equally as fierce as this sweet angel.

We are so grateful for all the love and support that surrounds us and our little girl. The energy is felt deeply by us AND Hayden! She sends her love right back and looks forward to meeting you all. 💕💕💕

Be like the Lotus
Each new day, emerging from the murky depths, untainted, it's beauty unaffected by it's environment.

It's come to my attention lately that we all need to hear this;
Everything..... is going to be okay.

Everything is going to be ok. Everything is going to be alright. We are ALL going to be okay... "The night is darkest before the dawn".
We need to support each other. We need to remember WHO we are. We need to trust in ourselves. We need to trust in others. Above all, we need to LOVE.
Love others. Love ourselves. Love LIFE.
So here's to Love. Let's practice loving ourselves so others may also love us and feel our love in return. I know I don't get this right every day.. but with my WHOLE heart, I'm trying. 💓

Saturday mornings @10:30am and Tuesday evenings @5:30pm, (both are "All levels").
