We are a multidisciplinary group private practice of fun, energetic, experienced behavioral health practitioners focused on providing professional, person-centered counseling services. We believe everyone deserves choices towards what they need in their life. We believe that change can happen and that everyone deserves a life they have always dreamed of. We believe everyone can have a new path to their future. At Advanced Treatment Solutions, in addition to professional credentials, we only allow fun, passionate personalities to join our group. We are not looking for the life of the party (or used to be the life of the party though that isn’t necessarily a rule out to work here) but everyone has a sense of fun that transcends to the environment at all our offices and most importantly with our clients. We are currently are accepting new clients and are preferred in-network providers for AETNA, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, TRICARE and Husky Plan. We also accept out of network plans and will submit reimbursement on your behalf to ensure you get the services as quickly as possible. Our goal, is your goal. Thank you for stopping by! 🌲 Happy National Hiking Day! 🌲
Today’s the day to trade your office chair for a trail, your coffee for a canteen, and your to-do list for… trying not to trip on a root. 😅
Whether you’re scaling a mountain or power-walking to the nearest park bench, hiking is about reconnecting—with nature, with others, and maybe with your quads (remember them?).
So lace up those boots, grab a snack that may or may not melt in your bag, and hit the trail. 🥾✨
Fresh air, beautiful views, and the chance to say “almost there!” 17 times before you actually are — what’s not to love?
Just remember: today’s the perfect day to take a hike—but maybe don’t tell your boss that literally. 😉

Today reminds us that kindness is one of the simplest, yet most powerful ways to connect with one another.
When we pause long enough to listen, to help, or simply to see someone for who they are — we begin to realize how much we share in common.
We all want to feel safe, valued, and understood.
We all carry hopes, fears, and dreams that make us human.
And in a world that can sometimes feel divided, kindness bridges those gaps and reminds us that we are far more alike than we are different.

MLB playoffs are heating up (even without the Red Sox, Yankees, or Mets), football is in full swing, and the Patriots are starting to look like… the Patriots. Meanwhile, here in the counseling world, we’ve always been in the playoffs—navigating high-stakes moments with our clients, helping them face challenges, and guiding them toward wins, big or small.

In mental health, small, consistent steps often make the biggest difference. Whether it’s attending therapy sessions, practicing self-care, or checking in with yourself daily, showing up consistently for your mental health matters.
Remember: progress isn’t always visible day-to-day, but over time, those consistent efforts build resilience, clarity, and emotional well-being.
💡 Tip: Pick one small habit this week—maybe journaling for 5 minutes, meditating, or taking a short walk—and commit to it. Your future self will thank you.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to do it consistently.
