Today isn’t about what we have to do.
It’s about remembering the people who gave everything so we get to live the lives we have.

We get to move.
We get to train.
We get to take care of our bodies.
We get to build a future our families can rely on.

A lot of people never got that chance.

So today isn’t about perfection or pressure — it’s about gratitude.
Honor the people who can’t be here by taking care of the body and the life you still get to live.

Do you know how to perform RDL’s properly?

Let’s find out 👇

Before we tell you how to do them … here’s what should not happen when you do RDL’s

❌Low back pain on every rep
❌ Being scared every rep of hurting your back
❌Feeling it in the front or you legs instead of the back of your legs

If anything of those things are occurring …. probably because you aren’t doing one of these things below correctly 👇

To correctly perform an RDL..
âś…Feet Hip-width apart
âś…Shoulders back
âś…Dumbbells or barbell as close your body as humanly possible
âś…Push your hips back as far back towards the wall behind you until they stop moving
✅When they stop moving back you should feel a stretch in the back of your legs… this is when you come back up

Do you have any other RDL tip ? Let us know in the comments below !

The little details matter. The slightest tweak can make the biggest impact on how a movement feels and which muscles it is targeting. Coach Sean teaches one of our clients to bend their knees and lean back in order to make the movement more efficient. This allows the muscles of the quads to do more work and lets the muscular of the upper body take a back seat. This is where coaching makes all the difference. Someone can do an exercise wrong for years without even realizing it!

Most people think the answer comes down to the macros.

High‑carb versus high‑fat.

Good foods versus bad foods.

But that’s not how the body works.

If Person A eats a high‑carb diet and Person B eats a high‑fat diet — but the calories are the same — their fat loss will be almost identical. Your body doesn’t magically burn more fat just because you cut carbs or cut fats. It responds to the total amount of energy you take in.

But here’s where people get confused.

Carbs and fats affect your behavior differently, and that’s why certain diets feel easier or harder depending on the person.

For some people, higher‑carb diets work better because carbs support training performance. They feel stronger, they recover better, and they can actually push in their workouts. When you feel good in the gym, you stay consistent. And consistency is what drives results.

For others, higher‑fat diets feel easier — not because fat keeps you fuller, but because removing carbs automatically removes a lot of the processed foods they tend to overeat.
Chips, crackers, pastries, bread, snack foods…
When those disappear, it becomes way easier to stay in a calorie deficit without feeling out of control.

So the real difference isn’t the macro split.
It’s which foods help you stay satisfied, train well, and stay consistent long enough to see results.

The best diet isn’t the one with the perfect ratio of carbs to fats.

It’s the one that fits your lifestyle, your preferences, and your tendencies — so you can actually stick to it.
