Have you found your inner peace amidst the storms?
✨ Come Back to Yourself
Over the past few years, I’ve found myself on a journey that took me farther than I ever imagined — across Bali, Texas, and several homes in California. Each move felt like stepping into a completely new world — new people, new frequencies, new environments. My soul was asking for expansion, yet my body often trembled with fear. Change, even when guided by the Divine, can feel terrifying.
I remember one particular season while house-sitting in Northern California, caring for two big huskies. They were powerful and wild-hearted — used to running free, but prone to sprinting off into the unknown. One day, while walking them near the forest, we encountered a coyote. My heart pounded; fear surged through me. Yet something inside anchored. I stood tall, grounded in my center, and calmly commanded the coyote to leave. In that moment, I realized that strength and peace could coexist — that even amidst chaos, there was a still point within me untouched by fear.
But it didn’t come easily. For weeks, I tried to follow the owner’s routine for the dogs, and everything seemed to fall apart — the dogs ran off, chaos followed, and I felt like I was failing. Finally, after another exhausting morning, I took a deep breath, dropped into meditation, and asked for guidance. I was led to drive 25 minutes down a road I’d never been on before — and there I discovered a new trail.
That trail became a turning point. The first half gave the huskies room to run and release their energy. The second half led us into the majestic Redwood Forest, where time slowed, the earth hummed, and peace returned. As we entered that sacred space, I felt my body soften, my breath deepen, and my mind clear. The dogs quieted too — walking calmly beside me as if they, too, had come home. In the stillness of those trees, I began receiving downloads — gentle reminders from Source that peace and stability aren’t found in controlling the world around us, but in finding our center within it.
That experience taught me how vital it is to retrain the body to feel safe in change — to remind the nervous system that transformation isn’t a threat, but an invitation to evolve. When we find our rhythm, our flow, everything around us naturally comes into harmony.
If you’re moving through transition — whether in your outer world or inner world — I’d love to help you find your rhythm again. I’m back in Davis County for a while and opening up time for in-person sessions. These sessions are a space to release what no longer honors you and to bring in more of your true light — to return to the peaceful presence that already lives within you.
Together, we’ll call on your Higher Self and the Divine to help rebalance your energy, soothe your nervous system, and anchor your spirit in the peace that never leaves.
It would be my honor to hold that sacred space with you.
