Our goal is to provide the local community with Massage Therapy. We are holistic minded and believe in whole body health. We offer a therapeutic massage service incorporating, Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, Hot stone, essential oils(if requested), Lymphatic drainage, Sports massage and other modalities our therapist have studied. All our rooms have table warmers and grounding

mats standard. Our clientele range from chronic pain suffers who experience drug-free relief from massage therapy, sports enthusiastic whom need some help with muscle relief to those whom want relief from a stressful time or relaxation. You may book online anytime or call

I had a milestone in May that you all helped me reach! Sorry it has been a bit of a crazy year and the best laid plans didn't happen but I wanted to give a big Thank You to all of you who have supported me-May 2025 marked 10 years that I've been with Massage Works! Some of you have been with me before that and others I just met last week but you all keep me going and I appreciate your stories and allowing me to help you with your needs.

Pictured is my Peace Lily which was gifted to me when I took over, she's a little temperamental but she currently has 4 flowers popping out which brings me a little joy.

Enjoy the little things- like taking care of your body! Self care isn't actually such a little thing but sometimes we put it off like it's not very important. Book an appointment to relax, destress, work on sore muscles and get away from the grind for an hour.

Busy weekend for me as we have a sectional track meet and a high school graduation and all the in between. I know many of you are just as busy with different things and want to remind you to take a deep breath and slow down your mind. Tackle one thing at a time. Hydrate, eat whole foods, smile and enjoy the moment. The stressful times will pass just as quickly as the joyful ones.
Oh and correct body alignment, treat you muscles well! 😊
