Big congratulations to Danielle on becoming a BCBA! 🎉💙 This is such a well-deserved accomplishment, and we are so proud of all the hard work she’s put into getting here. Danielle will be staying with Spark as she transitions into her new role, and we’re grateful to be part of her continued journey. Wishing her all the best as she continues to grow and thrive in this field!

We carved out time during Friday’s staff development day for team bonding- and the holiday games had us laughing and cheering! 🎄😄 It was a great reminder of the importance of connection, collaboration, and having fun together.

Looking for any last minute holiday gifts? We highly recommend stopping into Mod Market in Northville before they close their doors on Dec. 30th!

It’s always the most wonderful time of the year when our amazing rep, Caitlen from Befitting You Medical Supply, stops by with a brand-new AAC device for one of our learners! Helping a child discover their voice, through whatever form of communication fits them best, is one of the most meaningful and powerful parts of what we do. ❄️🎁

✨ It’s never too early for a little holiday cheer, right? 🎄
We kicked off December by breaking out our festive sweaters- and our staff absolutely sleighed it! Our crew of holiday-ready elves showed up in full cozy, sparkly, and silly sweater glory to start the season off right. 💚❤️✨

As an RBT, you wear many hats—teacher, entertainer, motivator… and sometimes, artist. 🎨😂
For a fun team moment, we handed everyone a blank sticker and gave them 60 seconds to draw their spirit animal. No pressure. 🐸🦁🐢
The outcome?
Lots of laughs, lots of questionable creatures, and a whole lot of good energy.
Honestly… 10/10 way to start the morning
